By creating an account, enrolling in a course, entering a competition, or otherwise using eaglestrikeproductions.com (the "Site") operated by Eagle Strike Productions ("we", "us", "our"), you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to purchase a course or enter a competition. Users under 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Site you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Courses, Licensing & Access
All courses, video lessons, downloadable PDFs, and reference material remain the intellectual property of Eagle Strike Productions. Enrollment grants a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal viewing only. Re-uploading, mirroring, sharing login credentials, or distributing course content in any form is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
4. Payments & Refunds
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are charged at the time of enrollment. Because courses are digital products with immediate access, sales are final. We will however issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you can demonstrate that the course materially differs from its published description and you have not consumed more than 25% of the lessons. Refund requests must be sent to the contact address listed on the Site.
5. Competitions & Event Entries
Competition entry fees are non-refundable once an entry has been accepted by the judging panel. Entrants warrant that all submitted work is their own and that any reference photography is either original, properly licensed, or in the public domain. Eagle Strike Productions reserves the right to disqualify any entry found to violate these rules without refund. Prize fulfillment is subject to applicable export and tax laws in the entrant's country of residence.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) harass, threaten, or defame any other user, instructor, or judge; (b) upload malicious code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems; (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. User-Submitted Content
By submitting build photos, gallery entries, comments, or competition entries, you grant Eagle Strike Productions a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and promote that content across our Site, marketing channels, and social media. You retain copyright in your underlying work.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and all course content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from following any tutorial or technique. Modeling activities involve solvents, sharp tools, and electrical equipment — you are solely responsible for your own safety and for following all manufacturer and local safety guidelines.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagle Strike Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or its content. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
