At Squadron our policies are rather simple:

YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL

GUARANTEE POLICY: Our guarantee is simple. We will accept
return of any product you are not satisfied with, within 30 days of receipt.

You must request and receive a Return Authorization Number
(RAN), which is to be attached to the shipping label.

All returned items must be returned in saleable condition,
preferably with the plastic shrink-wrapping in place.

Only items returned to Squadron because of our error
will be credited to your credit card. If the return is because of our mistake, we
will also credit return postage.

Other returns will be credited to your customer account;
we will not refund to your credit card or issue a check.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice
received with your order.
DEFECTIVE PARTS:
When a part is missing or damaged, please do not return
the entire kit. Simply notify us and identify (by part number and description) and
we will replace the part. Please include the invoice number of the purchase.

PRICING:
The website prices reflect the current months flyer or
catalog price, however, customers will automatically receive the lower current Squadron Mail Order Flyer (sale) price when applicable at order time.

CREDIT/REFUNDS:
We ship better than 98% of orders complete, however,
on the occasion that we are out of an item, we normally send a refund check under
separate cover immediately. However, please note that since a refund check costs
over $3.00 to process and mail, for amounts under $10.00 we credit your account.
Of course we will issue a refund check immediately upon request.
